    So far this excersise was amazing, im using it to train for the police school that starts in october. Its challenging fun and it helped me very much with mobility and endurance.

    Highly motivating, but no instructions

    The research is well done and it’s a highly motivating program.
    What keeps me disappointed is, that there are only lists of exercises for each day, no instruction or anything. Those exercises are done differently in a wide range, if you google them, so finally I stood there with a big question mark.
    Complimented my own training plan with some ideas from that one.
