Excellent program, very practical; However, I would include in all exercise the YouTube videos
Great program. Not complicated. Just hard work. I just needed more recovery time between sessions. Is that ok?
This js coming from a disciplined teen who does TKD and Muay Thai, trains 6 days a week and 2 times a day, sometimes 3.
I bought this program after watching your videos and your intelligent mind sharing with people on Youtube.
Bought a 60lb sandbag, 35lb ketllebell, already had dumbbells. I used the saved up money to buy the program and the kettlebell, then I got to training immediately. (FYI) for i am still doing this program, therefore I have not seen the full benefits of these.
I can say this program helped me tremendously in TKD, Muay Thai and my overall strength and functional strength increased in just some weeks.

I can say mixing these up, and a high protein, balanced diet (eat My moms food duh). Helped me with my hypertrophy,not only did my neck get bigger but my legs have gotten bigwgr asaell.not only did this program have made me stronger, but it also made me faster and explosive, even faster kicks and more stretchy kicks and powerful punches with bigger forearms and grip strength and I haven't even finished the program.
For I am grateful that my parents let me buy this o

But one thing I shall say
This program needs to be even more intense.
Maybe my preference, but it still is a master piece.
