    Great programming, as are all WHC programs

    Highly motivating, but no instructions

    The research is well done and it’s a highly motivating program.
    What keeps me disappointed is, that there are only lists of exercises for each day, no instruction or anything. Those exercises are done differently in a wide range, if you google them, so finally I stood there with a big question mark.
    Complimented my own training plan with some ideas from that one.

    Absolutely worth it

    It could use more detailed videos on how to preform each excise. Besides that it's a solid workout program I've notice a difference in my cardiovascular workouts. I notice more strength in my core with the weighted box jumps and I also added my own twist to keep myself disciplined.

    Over all if your looking for a more flexible workout schedule this is it.
