If you’ve struggled to lose fat, this is the workout routine for you. The workouts, meals and coaching videos made is SUPER easy for me. I’ve been overweight most of my life and this is the first time I’ve seen true results (down 22 pounds in 8 weeks). What’s crazy is the workouts weren’t super long and the Ancient Greek meals were AMAZING. If you want to get lean, this is the routine for you!
I tried my entire life to lose bodyfat and gave up many times. I tried every diet and type of workout and I gave up over and over. Then I tried Achilles, since I saw James on Instagram and he seemed to be the real deal. I couldn’t believe how fast I lost fat, or that I didn’t have to starve or suffer. The workouts were challenging but rewarding and the meals are DELICIOUS! Best workout plan ever!
My heroes are James and Jocko. I try everything they put out and I’m never disappointed. And this program perfectly hits the mark as usual. What surprised me was how GOOD the menu was! The Ancient Greeks really knew how to eat! I also like that every exercise has its own coaching video, as a number of the exercises were new to me. Overall I dropped several pounds of fat and became quite a bit stronger in 8 weeks. Think I’m going to run this one back again - then maybe circle back and hit the Sparta program again. Keep the hits coming James!
