Appalachia Engine Building Program
Appalachia Engine Building Program
Appalachia may be the perfect training program. Not only can it be applied to almost anything, but it can also be used to magnify the power of ANY other training program.
This is a unique functional hybrid athlete training program intended for a wide variety of applications. The human body has three main energy systems that power physical work, and by training all of them this program will not only maximize your work capacity, power output and overall fitness, but also your longevity, health and physique.
Appalachia is designed to build a powerful engine by intelligently training all three of your energy systems, which in turn will magnify all of your other fitness attributes as well as the results of future training programs and blocks.
Engine power is what defines the cast iron locomotives of Appalachia, and born from that same spirit, this program is no different. My family has been hunting bear and hand-forging iron in the wild Appalachian Mountains since before the American Revolution. It is that very tradition and lineage that gives me my endurance and grit, and this program aims to pass that on to you.
Whether you're an elite athlete or an everyday guy, Appalachia is a sure map to building an engine with more power than a lightning bolt in a moonshine shack.

Note: I used Appalachia to run 500 miles of wilderness, but you can use it for almost any fitness or physical pursuit. We have seen particularly amazing results deploying it with hybrid athletes, fighters, tactical athletes and everyday people, as well as athletes in contact sports like Rugby and Football.

“The Appalachia program has made the biggest difference in my fitness compared to any other program I’ve ever done. I realized increases in strength, increases in my cardiovascular capacities, and it helped me get back to my sport of grappling after a long hiatus and some respiratory issues. I thoroughly recommend Appalachia for any person, and I would double down for any person who doesn’t currently have synergy between their resistance training, mobility training, and/or cardiovascular training.”

I've been through several programs and have found the lack of dynamic movements limiting my natural movements. I'm a welder and can tie myself into knots at work daily. I've only been doing this program for 3 weeks now and my hips and the sides of my abdomen no longer feel like I'm trying to rip them apart at work.
The exercises are easily done in 30min -1hr (depending on the day) and honestly even though I skip the stuff I'm not yet comfortable with, I know I'll get to that level soon. I'm having daily wins which is helping me keep with the program.
Pro tip: laminate the days separately and use a hole punch and zip ties so you can flip through the days and weeks. Use a magnet clip and hang the workout on the wall in front of where you work-out and call that home. Nearly the best thing I've done for my mental and physical health.
For reference, I'm 315lbs, I've lost nearly 30lbs (a bit before and since starting the program) once I can handle running better I'm getting NOMAD.
Great Brand + Awesome Programs + Amazing Service. Thanks James
