Wild Hunt Basic Training is a four-week rite of passage — a foundation built from the most effective methods in history. Every workout comes with a coaching video, 50 in total, to ensure precision in movement, effort, and intent.
These are the same distilled practices I used to deadlift over a quarter ton and run 802 miles. Structured for efficiency, the program develops functional strength, endurance, and resilience — the qualities every modern man needs before advancing deeper into Wild Hunt Conditioning.
Program Details:
- Duration: 4 weeks (4 training days per week)
- Session Length: 45–60 minutes
- Coaching Videos: 50 total instructional videos
- Difficulty Level: Medium
- Equipment Needed: Barbell, dumbbells or kettlebells, resistance bands, pull-up bar
Training Focus:
Each week blends functional strength, carries, conditioning, and recovery methods drawn from the best in history. Sample movements include Single Arm Barbell Press, Prison Pull-Up Method, Zercher March, Gladiator Deadlift, Apache Breathwork Run, and the Young Shuffle.
Who It’s For:
- Hybrid athletes seeking balanced strength and conditioning
- Functional strength enthusiasts
- Off-season contact athletes
- Anyone who wants to build a solid foundation before advancing into higher-level Wild Hunt programs
Recovery & Lifestyle Integration:
The program includes a recovery system with daily and weekly targets: sleep, breathwork, cold exposure, mobility, and nutrition. These elements ensure you build resilience, not just strength.
