Ferocity Running Strongman Program
Ferocity Running Strongman Program
This is a LIMITED RELEASE hybrid athlete training program utilizing a combination of strongman training and functional running. The story behind this program is as follows:
One of the first members of my team was a guy named Braddock White (@ferocity_at_its_finest). He was working a mundane job at a small vending machine business and pursuing fitness in a way that didn’t particularly fulfill him. He approached me and asked me to train him into a savagely functional hybrid athlete.
I agreed.
Two years later Brad is a Firefighter who just achieved something truly amazing: he ran a 25k trail race through the Texas desert, before winning 3rd place in an outdoor Strongman Competition in sub-freezing weather the very next weekend. It is exceedingly rare to find an athlete who can both complete a grueling desert endurance race and make it to the podium of a Strongman Competition under adverse conditions, let alone in back-to-back weekends.
If you are looking to build that same mix of functional endurance and strongman power that Brad did, you’ve come to the right place.
This is the EXACT training routine Brad used to simultaneously prepare for both events.
Enjoy.

I love this program design and don't believe you need anything more than the PDF to get at it. I also don't believe wim hof is a hindrance to athletic performance (see his k2 feats among many, many others).

Loved this one. His programs are the best functional plans on the internet. Period.
Viking strongman + Native American running = AWESOME!

Sharing my feedback on the program, I received a response from the company evaluating my character. While I hold James Pieratt in high regard as an incredible athlete and inspiration, I find that his course doesn't meet my expectations. I'm accustomed to better production quality and a more user-friendly experience. Additionally, I wasn't pleased with the inclusion of a YouTube video featuring Wim Hof in the program for breathing. I believe the Wim Hof method might not be the most suitable for athletes; Shift from Brian McKenzie's company does a far better job in that regard. Despite requesting a refund within 24 hours, I have not received a response from the company. The only email I received was to express dissatisfaction with my review. I encourage the company to enhance customer service and develop a course that matches the quality of your content on Instagram, as I am a devoted fan.
