James delivers as usual. This isn't an easy program but the benefits of doing it will make the rest of your life easier. Strength, explosiveness, and overall functionality. Nothing is missed with this program, nutrition, tasks for recovery, and videos that are short and clear on how to do exercises correctly.
since I started training with James' programs I really have the feeling of training like an athlete and training with purpose!!!

Excellent program! It leaves no stones (or kettlebells) unturned. From the nutrition and supplements down to the perfectly designed workouts, this one is a masterpiece. The videos for those who may be unfamiliar with specific exercises are very helpful. Thanks to this, my kettlebells are getting a lot of use!
I've always enjoyed working with kettlebells as they offer a lot of opportunity to get creative with strength training and full-body movements. This program does a GREAT job of structuring the lifts/movements and also has video tutorials that explain any movements you may not be familiar with. This a great KB program if you're focused on full body explosiveness and strength.
