This workout routine has been great so far. Really simple PDF you follow day by day and it has been really nice to just have the workouts pre-planned. All the exercises have instructional videos and tips to do the exercises right with good form (have corrected my poor form I previously learned so that's been super helpful). Overall would recommend and I have been recommending the website to friends.
