So it seemed right that I study Ancient Greek runners to build the ultimate marathon training plan, MARATHON
Suitable for everyone from novices to Olympic athletes, MARATHON comes with 'settings' for both Marathons and Half Marathons. This program makes your running, strength and mobility training easy with simple step-by-step instructions and even a few demonstration videos designed to make powerful training simple to follow.
Whether you’re out to make the podium in a big race, or simply want to test yourself in your own private marathon or half-marathon at home, this training plan will places the wisdom and power of the ancient Greeks at your command.
And after you succeed, you may wish to test yourself with Ultramarathon distances. If so, ULTRA/RUNNER is the big brother to this program - and it’s designed to help you crush ultramarathons.

EXPERIENCE LEVEL: all levels from beginner to Olympic medalist.
FOCUS: full running, strength & mobility plan for marathons, half marathons and personal run tests.
SCHEDULE: 4 days/week (one double day)
