I used to lift and exercise constantly and then life happens. Found this stuff through YouTube and it just lit a fire in me again.
I’m a parent with a busy schedule and frankly I struggle to stay motivated to stay in shape. But I had NO trouble making time for these workouts. They were a ton of fun, very new and the history was SERIOUSLY cool!! Even better, I have abs for the first time in my life and my shoulders look amazing! This one was a particular favorite for me!! I saw a decent increase in strength but my physique and athleticism are now on an entirely different level! I can see why these were the techniques gladiator trainers used to prepare their fighters for the arena - great workouts and I loved the great history and nutrition. 10/10 would recommend!
