This training plan is a perfect blend of modern training and ancient methods. I’ve made HUGE progress on my 25k time and finally enjoy running the way I did when I was younger. Great job James.
Great job, enjoying the content.
Love the exercises but would have liked to have a more in depth video showing the exercises to make sure I’m doing them correctly.
Well thought out program that emphasises active recovery. Sessions are in a sensible order with one day off. Strength work builds physical robustness and supplements the running. Considerable effort was put into the details and background of the exercises. All the sessions are demanding but I’m still able to do 4 days of bike messenger work and 3 sessions of Muay Thai.
