The Olmecs—builders of colossal stone heads and inventors of the Mesoamerican ball game—were known for their rotational strength, powerful frames, and explosive movement. Their athletes trained by throwing and striking heavy rubber balls in ancient, full-body rituals of power, skill, and survival.
This 5-day minimalist training program resurrects those methods using one tool: the modern medicine ball.
