The Alchemist: Historic Grappling Strength
The Alchemist: Historic Grappling Strength
This program will give you the ability to throw around another grown man.
Simple as that.
Whether you are a grappler, or simply someone who wants to be able to manhandle a big dude - look no further.
The Alchemist is the personal strength and conditioning plan of Adam Fritz, the killer 10th Planet black belt who has been TEARING through the IBJJF. Using this training system he has won FIVE gold medals against the highest level of competition in the world.
Adam has never been overpowered, never gassed out and never sustained a serious injury while using this system.
That is because this training system uses techniques that have been proven over centuries of testing from wrestling rooms to battlefields.
Born from the study of grappling strength training in the armies of ancient Egypt, among Medieval knights and those used by the Soviet Olympic wrestling team, this program resurrects the lost practices of true strength and delivers them to you here in the modern age.
It doesn’t get any better than this….

No Progression. 1 week programmed and then 7 weeks Copy Paste. For that price i was expecting more.
I’m a purple belt with 5 years of consistent grappling and a ton of lingering issues. The minimalist approach and training mix with the Alchemist helped my joints and tissue balance tremendously. Try it 💯
The Alchemist: Historic Grappling Strength
One of the most comprehensive grappling routines on the market. There is no one who understands energy systems like James. Combine that with some ancient strength training and you got yourself a recipe for championship
I’ve always found it hard to stay interested in any training program but that definitely isn’t the case with this one. I love the mental challenges as well as the physical benefits!
