I loved it the only problem was I got a leg injury while wrestling so I havnt been able to do it, but for the first couple days I did it, it was good
I found everything in Wild Hunt Conditioning very motivating. It resonates with me in very deep way, wich i still can't pinpoint and name. Strange, i'm trained psychologist, I make my master degree about self regulation, especially hardiness, but looking for your materials here and on youtube I know "this is the way". For example this book. In my entire life i hate running. After first page I know i want that 15 mile run capability and i want it now!
Going to programme - Still did not use it - about week ago I tore a hamstring a little bit and i want to recover it and streghten it up first. After that... probably i will submit next review.
