The Dub Method is the personal workout plan of former 3x Fittest Inmate and world record breaking strength and endurance athlete James Pieratt.

Taken straight from the cell blocks of Pelican Bay and San Quentin, this is a real life hardcore prison workout program used by James and many of the fittest inmates in the history of the United States prison system to become unbelievably fast, lean and dangerous.

Each session can be completed in less than one hour and requires ZERO gym or equipment, and very little space. Designed to take you from beginner to Dub expert, this program can be followed at your own pace and comes with a demonstration video for the techniques, as well as additional tips, other historical prison fitness routines and extra accessories.

“The f***** builds on these dudes… the f***** feats of strength…. It’s an incredible way to work out…” - Joe Rogan

“Inmates training in prison are getting very lean, very strong, very fast and very dangerous, so the kind of training we took on board was that kind of training.” - Jason Statham
