This is a LIMITED EDITION training program harnessing the lost strength secrets of the Soviet Union.

The Soviets developed the most effective strength system the world had ever seen. Used by their Olympic athletes (including those in the 1980 Olympics, where the Soviet Union won a record-breaking 80 gold medals) and special forces operators, the Soviet system organized techniques, reps and sets in a way that seemed exotic and strange. 

Yet for decades this system created champions with strength that seemed superhuman.

Soviet athletes had their entire life controlled by their government. Their training, food, sleep and recovery were all monitored more closely than any athletes in human history. This provided Soviet scientists with the perfect environment to test, develop and evolve the most advanced strength training methods on earth.

After weeks of travel and numerous interviews with defectors from old Soviet athletic and military training programs, I have reconstructed their protocol for you.

    The “I must break you” program

    During my NFL playing days, I was always extremely interested in the different Soviet training techniques. Having worked out under some trainers who derived their system from real experience in Russia, the unorthodox style really piqued my interest. I’ve always wanted to take a deeper dive, but never really had the time to do so or even know where to go to acquire the information. Wildhunt Condition has done it for us and put together a great program here based on history and proven effectiveness.
