The lost style of kettlebell training pioneered by the strongmen of the 19th and 20th centuries is WAY stronger and more creative than the kettlebell training currently in use today.
It excelled at building superhuman functional strength, explosive power and a type of sculpted iron physique we rarely see today.
But this lost style has been extinct for more than a century.
Until NOW.
This meticulously crafted program is the first to resurrect these lost kettlebell training methods for YOU.

One of the best programs written.
... for those who love kettlebells and who want a powerful body!!!
The selected exercises in this program are great overall. It has the classics like the Bent Press, Turk-ish Get Up, and Swing… which is why I bought the program. The video tutorials could be more specific to old world kettlebell techniques. I’d buy again, though.
Very challenging and informative for someone who is fairly experienced with kettlebell trailing. It has opened my eyes to different ways of thinking regarding my training.
This is my second purchase with WHC. A few months ago, I purchased the 70 days To Sparta. Overall I am happy with what I learned from that program especially how James lays out the weekly training cycle. It makes a lot of sense to me and how I like to plan my own training.
The issues I have with 70 Days are very similar to the ones I have with this new kettlebell program. Please understand that I have just purchased this program and have yet to implement it. I have read through it and watched the videos.
I would like to see more historical rationale for why exercises were chosen. Like his book, both programs are lacking the necessary sources he used to back up his claims. This leaves readers and/or would be practitioners in the dark questioning his credibility.
Don’t get me wrong. I’ve listened to James on other podcasts and watched him on YouTube interviews. The dude has a ton of knowledge and experience. He should be trusted as a reputable source. I just feel that for $50, I should get a little more historical substance, than just 13 pages of exercises.
I also think it is important to create your own videos rather than linking someone else’s. I’ve been in the kettlebell realm for over 15 years. I have also attended many certs and workshops over the years. By no means am I perfect, but I know when someone hasn’t spent a lot of time under the bell so to speak. I don’t doubt the gentleman in the videos is a great coach. He just has a lot shoring up to do in his basic skills IMHO.
It would also help if there was an intro video that also showcased some of the programming prior to purchase. I’m not saying you need to give it all away. Wet our appetite a bit as well as give us an honest representation of what to expect.
Honestly, if you posted some of the tech vids from the program in an intro video, I probably wouldn’t have bought it.
That being said, I did purchase it and will complete the program that way I can give follow up feedback to make this a more complete review.
Thank you for taking the time to review this.
