U.S. Army WW2 DIY Home Gym Guide
U.S. Army WW2 DIY Home Gym Guide
Strong soldiers were desperately needed during World War II. Without access to gyms or standard strength training equipment on the frontlines, the United States government solved this problem by creating a simple, lightweight solution for keeping soldiers strong when they didn’t have access to traditional training facilities in the form of a guide to making quality equipment out of commonly available materials.
This guide uses that information to teach you how to make your own barbell, dumbbells, weighted club and sandbag at home, EASILY using only common, inexpensive materials.
Today I’m giving it away for FREE (if you are asked for payment info it is ONLY to let the system verify you are not a robot as we take security very seriously. You will NOT be charged).
