    Great training plan. Very professional.

    I used this training plan for my third 50 mile race, and my son trained with me for his 50k race. The training was very effective, easy to follow and I was able to fit it into my (busy) schedule without much trouble. Both me and my son did great on race day, even though it was his first race over 10k. I like that it has settings for different types of races and I plan on using it for my first 100 mile race next year. Amazing stuff as always James!
