I’m a 49 year-old lifelong weightlifter who is always looking to keep my strength training fresh, fun, and challenging. I tried this program because I enjoy James’ Instagram because he has a lot of good stuff to say. I’m just ending week two and I am sore, but in an awesome way that my body is doing work I’ve never asked it to do before. I already feel stronger, more balanced, and maybe I’m crazy but I think I have a bit more muscle mass in 14 days. If not, then I at least feel bigger, stronger, and better.
I’ve bought a few programs in the past. This is a 8’week program and nearly every single week is exactly the same workout. And the IG vid showed a few exercises that weren’t even in the program. Some interesting exercises.
If you are scared for paying for any the programs i can garante that is worth it. This is a great program, i can truly feel my muscles growing, almost zero dooms and a array of new movements and metodologies that i will incorporate on my future training. You will need time for the sessions are many (6) and most of them go over 1 hour but you will see results. The sprints got me winded and the let growing, my fear of not doing squats on a training template were gone after the sprints. Also like to add that you should start conservartive in the movements that are more complex.
For a 3rd world country my hard earned money was worth many a time and i will buy other programs in the future.
