I grabbed Unleash the Dragon through the Skool group, and man, this thing delivers. The workouts are brutal but fast, explosive, and actually make you move like an athlete—not just lift weights like a robot.

Have been working with Wild Hunt (again) since the end of Nov, a month of pre-hab, sleep, coaching/texting q&a and now Bruce Lee to get my Jeet Kuen Do” jun fan gung fu body back. I turn 41 May 26th, am back to my fight weight. I hsvent been this light/fast or strong since I was 29. 41st bday May 26th, first fight in 11 years May 30th.
Having early access through the skool group (and at a ridiculous discount), I had to do the 'Unleash the Dragon' and honestly, it was a solid 9 weeks. The program definitely delivers on its promises. The strength training was challenging but effective, and I noticed a real increase in my explosiveness. The core work is killer, just like Bruce Lee intended.
