This program values full body workouts with exercises that repeat over it's life cycle. You'll get some sports specific and general exercises to make you a more robust athlete. Unlike a lot of other programs, there is no progression system for your lifts. Perceived intensity is used instead. If you're particularly fatigued from a grueling grappling session, this is good news. It isn't conjugate style variety hour, but it works exceptionally for it's intended purpose in building resiliency for grappling. I'd pick it up while it's still on sale.
My jiu jitsu may still suck but I don't gas out on the mats anymore, while everyone else does. This program will kick your ass. Get after it.
The fitness program has changed my view of fitness and implementing in my BJJ journey. I've been doing fitness for 14 years and learn constantly. Ive studied physical science/training, and want to learn from others. Many instagram influencers who focus on bjj and fitness have such

In the short time I've used this program, it has leaped to the front of the pack as one of my favorites. As a black belt in Jiu-Jitsu, it's important that my strength work translates to the mat, and allows me to be able to push those rounds. This program certainly delivers as I have progressively gotten stronger, and have plenty of energy to be able to hit the mats later.
