Urban Samurai is a six-week physical and mental training system forged from the values of Bushidō and adapted to the modern world. Built for warriors navigating steel cities and digital frontiers, this program hones your functional strength, combat readiness, mobility, mindset, and conditioning—with precision.
Train 4 days per week + 1 guided recovery day, balancing intensity with refinement. Every session draws from ancient warrior tradition and modern performance science. Expect full-spectrum training: bear crawls, kettlebell flows, crucifix holds, L-sit pull-ups, breathwork, club swings, and active recovery drills.
Inspired by the discipline of Musashi and designed by James Pieratt, a direct descendant of one of Japan’s most legendary samurai, this program is more than just training—it’s a path of mastery.
