Vikings were the strongest people in history
Their descendants still dominate strongman competition today
So, l studied hundreds of years of Viking strength training practices to find out HOW.
In the end, I discovered FIVE basic pillars behind their strength training practices.
I then used those pillars to reconstruct Norse warrior training from the age of heroes in all its glory…
This is Viking Strength.

Viking Strength Program
I'm gutted to be writing this as I'm a fan of James. As a viking enthusiast and a strength and conditioning coach I was intrigued to learn about viking training methods and this new plan. Unfortunately, the 25 page ebook doesn't contain any historical references to any training, and the training plan itself is a week of training repeated 7 times: no progression or even explanation on what progression to use. If you are someone with no training experience, it offers no guidance and if you are an experienced coach, you will see this is unfortunately rather poor programming.
