    Getting me ready for my goals!

    I wanted this workout plan because I figured it will get me ready for a 3x bodyweight deadlift and to run a marathon in the same day. I think I’m right just finished up the first week and even though my running volume went up my joints feel good because this program is designed I think to get you strong while feeling your best. Great workouts, great exercises and I love the mix of historical training.!

    Although $adder but wiser, I'm ''mind-ful'' that pain is often the best teacher. And a ''gut-punch'' to the wallet hurts more than a drop-kick to the keister. The kaizer of conditioning is to be commended for their various P.R.'s, albeit personal training programming must have and maintain a ''toe-hold'' in reality. There is a creation's worth of ''eye-ball tearing'' difference between what is theoretically possible for a ubermensch. And what is realistically probable for lesser mortals, such as myself. For the record, I'm anything but a ''gold-brick.'' I run, jump rope and suitcase carry (uni-lateral farmer's walk) for approx. 30 minutes 3 x wkly. Also, I alternate this regimen with 3 days of resistance training, lifting heavy and basic. On Sundays, I practice active rest by swimming one mile. W.H.C. calls their opportunity ''scale-able,'' I call it, D.O.A. ...Cheers, LLT

    I'm not sure what you were expecting but this is exactly as advertised:

    a six day per week hybrid training program, scalable to people of all levels.

    There is an average of five exercises per workout and typically only one long run per week.

    If that's more than you're willing to commit to, that bears zero reflection on the quality of the training program.

    The best hybrid program available.

    One could easily look at James and think he's a freak of nature, and you'd be right. However, with programming like this, there's no question that you can achieve physicality you never thought possible.

    There's nothing flashy, just honest work that historically has stood the test of time. This isn't a program to help you at your next powerlifting meet, and this isn't a program to help your next 5K/marathon/etc. It's both. While it isn't easy, this program can be scalable to those looking to get started in the hybrid world. I couldn't recommend this more.
