I ran 802 miles and deadlifted 550 lbs.
This is the exact system I used - now built into a 12-week program for intermediate to advanced hybrid athletes.
Most training plans force you to choose:
Get strong or build endurance.
This does both.
WHAT YOU BUILD:
• Real strength
• High-level endurance
• Elite work capacity
• Durable joints
WHAT YOU GET:
• 12-week structured program
• 5 days/week (3 hard, 2 light)
• Full recovery system
• Diet + supplement framework
• 100+ coaching videos
WHO THIS IS FOR:
• Lifters who want endurance
• Runners who want strength
• Fighters, outdoorsmen, tactical athletes
HOW IT WORKS:
Follow the plan week by week.
Every workout is laid out simply.
No guesswork.
RESULT:
Strength and endurance, without compromise.

Great program for anyone interested in hybrid training. Guaranteed impressive results for anyone willing to follow the program. Each exercise has a specific purpose and is effective at managing the balance between effective growth stimulus and fatigue, each day impacts the next day of training. This becomes more apparent as you follow the program and it shows how well designed it is. The meal plan and recovery system has been a game changer in how I approach training, Their is a bit of flexibility to work with around busy schedules which has been very important for me. I will most likely use this program for some time as the results have been amazing.
Every exercise science expert and fitness guru agrees that consistency beats random overexertion everytime. Even with ChatGPT or AI platforms existing that can micromanage the optimal exercise for each muscle group, there isn’t any burden of proof on a computer to go perform in a gym. All that to say Wild Hunt Conditioning has bridged the gap! Nothing makes consistency easier than a manageable commitment to a few days a week of less than 2 hours. And though the program doesn’t specify, if that straight time commitment is too much, it can all be broken up into bite sized routines to handle throughout your day when you can fit that 15 minutes in. Beyond that, the proof in the programming is in WHC’s own James Pieratt, who has proven that intelligently researching, compiling, and executing fitness routines and habits can lead to breaking records beyond even your own self limitations. For a personal anecdote, I have only ever at the longest distance run 10 miles (and that was probably 3 years before starting with WHC programs), I would not at all say I was a “runner” let alone a consistent fan of cardio in general. After 16 months of following the Hybrid Athlete Routine I participated in an ultramarathon and ran 50 miles! The best part is I STILL INCREASED my maxes across every weighted lift in the gym! Thanks Wild Hunt for helping me find the right course for my life’s fitness journey.
This routine has walks a line of being balanced but also challenging, and does so very well. From the perspective of a runner and a nutrition consultant, I can confidently say I would recommend this to any distance athlete. As long as you have the time and discipline to push your boundaries, this is the routine for you. Wild Hunt is a fantastic resource for physical training, nutrition tips, and recovery advice to optimize your results.
There aren't many programs that are built around sustainability. Most coaches will write a routine with a clear end date in hopes of squeezing as much money out of the client as possible. Hybrid is the exception to that rule since no matter how in shape you may be, this routine will loop endlessly to provide Infinite potential. A true diamond in the rough
I wanted this workout plan because I figured it will get me ready for a 3x bodyweight deadlift and to run a marathon in the same day. I think I’m right just finished up the first week and even though my running volume went up my joints feel good because this program is designed I think to get you strong while feeling your best. Great workouts, great exercises and I love the mix of historical training.!
