This is the Nomad Functional Running program, a functional hybrid training program utilizing the same methods I used to run 500 miles through the wilderness alone.
This is NOT some high school track and field program designed to shave two seconds off your 800m track time under perfect circumstances.
This is an 8-week functional hybrid athlete training program based on techniques I gathered from warrior tribes like the Apache, the Rarámuri and the Kalenjin to further my own training.
Nomad consists of three running sessions and two strength sessions per week, building functional endurance, real-world strength and a primal physique.
If you value functional fitness, mental grit and the ability to cover hostile ground in the real world - this is the training program for you.
Far beyond a standard hybrid training program, Nomad will also supercharge your energy systems, improve joint health and boost your Vo2 Max (the amount of oxygen carried in your body).
The methods in this program are timeless, and they can be scaled to any level of expertise from beginning runners to elite wilderness ultramarathon runners.
